My Approach
When it comes to mental health, each person and situation is unique. I take into consideration every person holistically to address problems at the root. Often, current symptoms stem from various traumas at a younger age, loss of a parent or friend, or chronic illness in the family. As a certified Holistic Health Coach in addition to Psychotherapist, my integrative approach and advanced training allow for deeper healing and more lasting change. I often incorporate tools from skills-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
