About Me
As Oscar Wilde said, “To love oneself is the beginning of a lifelong romance.” I’ve dedicated 10+ years of expertise to helping people understand how their minds and bodies work together to get on the path to lasting happiness.
The underlying thread of my expertise is helping people improve their relationships with their bodies, whether that’s manifested in their relationship to food, sexual issues and addictions, anxiety, or depression. As an expert in my field, I often contribute to media and published articles to raise greater awareness and promote positive change on topics affecting individuals and global communities.
